Image Titler is a simple and light graphic editor that provides you with a very easy way to add titles - and, in general terms, any text - to you previously existing image files. The program includes some of the most popular fonts and text styles, and allows you to define the text's exact position, size, and alignment.
The program's interface is very basic and intuitive. It allows you to open and have a preview of your original image file, which must be in any of the following formats: BMP, JPG, or TIFF. Unfortunately, no other formats are supported. Once your image is open, a text box shows up, where you can type the title or text you want to add to your image. The text will appear over your image's preview as you type it on the text box. When your text is ready, you can proceed to the procedure of changing its colors - from a very basic palette consisting of 15 colors, select bold and/or italic as text styles, move the text in any direction, increase or decrease its size, and define the text alignment (left, center, or right).
Once your work is ready, you can save the new image specifying a file name and location. Regrettably, the program only supports JPG as output format. Besides, the program does not include any help files, and it does not allow you to introduce various texts in different fonts, text styles, or in various positions. Should you need to do that, you will have to edit your image as many times as pieces of texts you want to add, which is of course a serious setback for the program. To top it all off, its price appears to be a bit high for the one very specific task it performs and the extremely basic interface it offers.
